Emotional Freedom Technique, or Tapping, is a fascinating use of your body’s natural energy zones, called meridians, and personally using accupressure on these meridians to remove interference and balance your body’s energy flow. When used properly, tapping can help many cases - including immediately helping bouts of anxiety or depression, fighting addictions and cravings, and even helping with big emotional traumas from your past. 

Jennie is an expert on EFT, is a certified instructor, and is a wealth of knowledge. She and I talk about using EFT for kids, the basic techniques, and when it is important to work with a certified practitioner vs. when you can do-it-yourself. I consider EFT Universe the go-to resource --- www.eftuniverse.com.  The
website has lots of research articles posted and thousands of case stories.

Here are a few books about EFT for specific conditions that are put out by
EFT Universe.  They are all sold by Amazon and can be found on Ebay too.

The EFT Manual by Dawson Church gives the basics.

to get started, so you can buy just one book and apply basic EFT to the
condition.

Of course there are a lot of other books by individuals, not necessarily
endorsed by EFT Universe, some of which are excellent. Some of the authors
are trainers for EFT Universe, so they are people who are reliable. I've
read a lot of different books and only found one or two that I wouldn't
Recommend.
